An eclectic mix of work has caught the LBB editorial team’s eyes this week

This week is the first of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games so what better way to mark something that we’ve been waiting for more than a year than we expected for than with campaigns to honour the world’s Paralympians. Firstly, in a playful manner BBDO Toronto and BBDO Montreal use LEGO toys to celebrate inclusivity like never before. Cue a range of figures that celebrate Paralympian individuals equipped with prosthetic legs, running blades and basketball wheelchairs. While on the other side of the pond, Lacoste’s campaign sees Paralympic swimmer Laurent Chardard prepare to take on eight Olympic swimmers in one epic race with a campaign from BETC Paris. The highly emotional campaign follows Laurent as he showcases just how hard he’s been working in preparation for this year’s Games.

It’s also been a week of tackling vaccine hesitancy with Wunderman Thompson India, celebrating the return of festival season with Belgium youth radio station StuBru and indulging in breakfast Taco Bells with Lil Nas X. Check out the full list below.
