Wunderman Thompson and Tata Tiscon India Spread the Importance of Keeping the World's Homes Safe

On World Environment Day, the campaign spreads the message of building strong, safe homes for all living beings on this planet with its film ‘Home Safe Home’

The pandemic has brought into focus how important homes are in keeping us safe. Like every year, on World Environment Day, Tata Tiscon, Quality Rebar Brand from Tata Steel and India’s first GreenPro certified rebar brand, continues to spread the message of building strong, safe homes for all living beings on this planet through Go Green, the brand’s sustainability initiative. This year, the brand has released its film titled ‘Home Safe Home’, conceptualised by Wunderman Thompson South Asia, to encourage people to care for and nurture all homes. For all living beings.

 The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030) is a rallying call for the protection and revival of ecosystems. As a leading homebuilding brand, Tata Tiscon is committed to building safe homes for humans while not destroying the habitats of all living beings. Towards this purpose, the brand strives to encourage all its channel partners to do the same. 

Commenting on the brand’s new content, Sanjay Sahni, chief of marketing and sales, (Branded Products & Retail), Tata Steel, said: “Tata Tiscon is not just India’s largest home building brand, it is the most sustainable rebar brand. The GreenPro certification awarded to us, is an acknowledgement of our concerted sustainability efforts to build safer homes for everyone on earth.” 

“When we think of homes, we tend to think of human beings only. But what is beautiful nature to us, is also someone else’s home. So as a home building brand, we tried to spread the word, so that together we can keep all homes safe, just like we try to do so with our own,” says, Moeinuk Sengupta, creative director, Wunderman Thompson, Kolkata.

“As someone said, ‘We must aim to make our human  habitat  as green and  sustainable as a  nest to a bird or a lake to fish’,  we are happy to partner with Tata Tiscon again this year and help spread this extremely relevant message”, remarked Vijay Jacob Parakkal, senior VP and managing partner, Wunderman Thompson, Kolkata. 

‘Home Safe Home’, is also being extended into an online competition that encourages all of its 47 channel partners across India to present how they are building sustainability into the core of their businesses. The best entries stand to win the Go Green Award from Tata Steel.
