Challenge
EE understood that young people need to build confidence when presenting themselves is critical in the world. From this, EE briefed us to create a campaign that empowered young people through the lens of the film industry to prepare them for challenges across all ages.
Idea
Through EE’s partnership with BAFTA, the ‘Stage is Yours’ campaign was created to help build confidence in young people, knowing the arts are proven to support confidence. Through the launch of LearnSmart, EE created content with acting legends giving their hints and tips on everything from character development, to remembering audition lines.
As part of the campaign a social competition was launched in the form of a TikTok Acting Challenge competition with EE Rising Star Winner Micheal Ward. Encouraging young teens to create their best villain impression, with the chance to win a supporting role in the up-coming film NAZ.
On the night Braydon Bent and Elsie Adams chatted to the stars on the carpet, asking for their advice on what skills kids looking to get into acting should focus on. Our hosts also encouraged talent to do their own villain impressions which went out on the night across socials to drive awareness of the competition.
