To promote it's sunshine for all initiative and raise awareness about food insecurity and the negative effects of poor nutrition, Dole decided to flip the switch on the well known Nutrition Facts label - projecting “malnutrition facts" on public buildings and spaces across multiple cities in the U.S. We documented one such activation on a January night in New York City.
