CAMP is a multidisciplinary production company for the underrepresented. It was set up by two industry outsiders who want to nurture the next generation of directors, photographers and creatives in an ethical, democratic and supportive way.
MANIFESTO
8 guiding principles we ask all collaborators to consent to
1. We recognise that the production industry is often a closed circle, not offering equal opportunities, this needs to change.
2. We strive to give opportunities to those with limited or no access to this industry.
3. We ensure fair representation of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, size, age and race for all cast, crew and employees across every stage of production.
4. We will serve as an exemplary model of ethical production for all partners and collaborators.
5. We respect people’s gender and sexual identity, asking preferred pronouns upon introduction.
6. We honour people’s positions on set and strive to create a safe and comfortable working environment.
7. We pride ourselves on client and artist relationships, understanding the complex needs of every party involved.
8. We will continually educate ourselves as we grow and the politics of the world evolves.
