adam&eveBerlin has appointed Martha Rzeppa as managing director, with a remit to fuel the growth and momentum of the agency and its award-winning creative work.
Martha joins the leadership team from creative agency PACIFIC UEG and will work with Miranda Hipwell, chief executive officer, Jens Pfau, chief creative officer, and Philipp Schwartz, chief strategy officer.
Martha takes up the role in March 2025, and brings with her more than a decade of senior experience. A driven executive with strong strategic, operational, cultural and creative understanding, she has broad international experience, working in the US, Argentina and several European countries, including the UK.
Martha’s experience ranges from tech, finance and consulting to consumer goods, design, art, luxury and entertainment and comes from stints at BBDO Group Germany, Velocity Partners, where she ran the US operations as vice-president, and C3 in Berlin.
Joining from PACIFIC UEG, Martha was responsible for the leadership and growth of the company’s offices in Berlin and Munich. Clients included BMW, On Running, Jägermeister and buggy brand CYBEX. Martha played a key role in building up the agency, which connects brands and culture, from a small company to an international business.

The Berlin agency is one of adam&eveDDB’s four global offices and launched in 2022 with Deutsche Telekom as its founding client. The agency has added new business including Amazon, PUMA, SMEG and World.
adam&eveBerlin has already won several creative accolades, with its Deutsche Telekom work picking up multiple awards in 2024 for the #ShareWithCare initiative, which advocated for the cautious handling of children's images online. The campaign won four Cannes Lions, the 2024 ADC Award for its creative use of AI, a gold Gerety Award in the Work for Good category and a gold Effie.
