The new 100% electric Dacia Spring was unveiled in February 2024. One of France's most popular electric models is back in force with a thorough restyling for the cheapest electric city car:
To publicise the launch, Publicis Conseil created a film accompanied by a 360° advertising campaign.
Today's electric cars are all racing for greater autonomy. But statistics show that we only cover 37km a day. And that's quite enough when you consider the energy it takes. It was with this observation in mind that the WAFLA film 'Such a good day' was conceived.
Through the daily life of a father, the film illustrates how exhausting a normal day can be. Getting up, getting the kids ready, getting them dressed, taking them to school, going to school yourself, dealing with conflicts, being late, playing sports, running errands, forgetting errands and so on. A daily routine that's nothing out of the ordinary, but that would drain anyone's batteries. But fortunately, not the Dacia Spring.
By demonstrating that 225km of range is more than enough for daily commuting, Dacia aims to remove one of the main obstacles to switching to electric vehicles: range.
The campaign is accompanied by a series of digital assets, VOL, CRM and visuals photographed by the talented BAM. The campaign will be deployed in Europe from September 2024.
