Alexandra Servant-Rony joins as deputy general manager and chief strategy officer, and Marion Mondoloni as brand strategy director

DENTSU CREATIVE, the creative and integrated agency of the dentsu group, strengthens its strategic division with the appointments of Alexandra Servant-Rony as deputy general manager and chief strategy officer, and Marion Mondoloni as brand strategy director.

After eight years as head of strategic planning and an exemplary career within the agency, Alexandra Servant-Rony becomes deputy general manager and chief strategy officer. She will play a key role in enhancing the strategic division of DENTSU CREATIVE, both with clients and within the group across EMEA and the advertising market. Her mission will be to contribute to the agency's goal: guiding brands, organisations, and society towards sustainable success by putting ideas and creativity at the service of Utility.

Marion Mondoloni, senior experience strategist for three years within the agency, is promoted to brand strategy director. Her recent victory at 'The Brief #4,' the off-competition of the Cannes Lions, demonstrates her talent and ability to place brands at the heart of pop culture while maintaining a strong societal commitment. With her experience and energy, Marion will now be responsible for structuring the agency's strategic approach and leading international projects.

Alexandra Servant-Rony

With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning, Alexandra has developed her expertise within communication agencies such as deepblue (Aegis Media Group), Fred & Farid Paris, The Lab Agency (WME-IMG), and gyro. Since the integration of gyro into the dentsu group in 2017, she has continued her career and now holds the position of chief strategy officer (CSO) at DENTSU CREATIVE.

Her rich and diverse experiences have allowed her to support a wide variety of brands while mastering multiple communication challenges (BtoC, BtoB, employer branding, corporate...). Alexandra has particularly distinguished herself in the Fashion (La Redoute, Wrangler, L'Oréal), Retail (Jardiland, Midas, deNeuville), Habitat (Foncia, STIHL, Daikin), and Corporate and employer branding sectors, which she particularly enjoys (French Army, Ministry of Labor, ecosystem, Agefiph).

Passionate about transformation and responsible communication issues, Alexandra advocates for communication that promotes more sustainable models, offering brands the opportunity to become key players in positive change. A member of the 'Mission Committee' of dentsu France, a trainer for the Climate Fresk, she has notably contributed to defining the purpose of the dentsu group, formalising its status as a 'mission-driven company.'

Marion Mondoloni

Marion has over ten years of experience in brand strategy within agencies such as Marcel (Publicis), Blast Radium Amsterdam (WPP), MullenLowe (IPG), and DENTSU CREATIVE (dentsu). She has led numerous projects, ranging from brand platform to digital activation and CRM, as well as the design of brand content strategies.

Convinced that the effectiveness of a campaign relies on a fine understanding of audiences, Marion draws on her initial experience at We Are Social as a social media analyst. She now leverages data and social listening to extract key insights, anticipate cultural trends, and thus guide brands accurately.

With these experiences, Marion has played a key role in the development of award-winning campaigns for international brands (Durex, Flying Blue, etc.) and national brands (France Télévisions, Ministry of Labor, Public Health France, etc.).
