Creative production company Derby announced today that it has partnered with industry veteran Robin Stevens of Robin Stevens Reps to expand its Mid-West sales representation. Stevens’ hire represents Derby’s rapid growth into the Mid-West, bringing the success they’ve had on the East and West Coasts to a broader range of partners.
“We are so lucky to have Robin representing us in the Mid-West, adding to our national team of incredible women,” said Mary Crosse, Executive Producer of Derby. “We’re excited about where Derby is headed, and looking forward to what’s to come in 2017!”
Robin Stevens Reps is a Chicago-based independent talent representation firm providing content-driven production and post-production companies with diverse and creative solutions for broadcast, experiential and digital content. She’s already booked two jobs for Derby in the MidWest in the first month working together, with much more to come this year. Stevens has spent over 20 years on both the agency and production side representing world class photographers, directors, production companies and visual effects artists. Stevens’ dedicated method of creating a brand image for a director and production company recognizes extraordinary creative talent and understands the nurturing and guidance needed in those careers.
“What attracted me to Derby is their high taste-level of their boutique roster, along with how Mary’s understanding of production complements the needs of today’s marketplace,” said Stevens. “I’m excited to be working with the Derby team to expand their presence in the burgeoning Mid-West advertising market.”
Derby’s diverse, award-winning roster is comprised of modern storytellers including Josh Hayward, The Bozzwicks, Lucas Borras, Nickolas Duarte, Catherine Orchard and John Poliquin. Since the company launched in the Fall of 2015, Derby has produced campaigns with its agency and brand partners for Listerine, S’well, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Blistex, Nestle, Purina, Pepsi, Jim Beam Brands and much more.
