Fallon and KeyBank Celebrate Customers All Summer with Taco, Toy and Cookie Mobile ATMs

All summer long, from June through September, Fallon will be travelling across the US meeting clients in the moment

Starting in Seattle this week, KeyBank will be rolling out Mobile ATMs as a way to meet clients where they are—but these ATMs don’t have money. Instead of an Automated Teller Machine, they will have an Automated Taco Machine, an Automated Toy Machine, and an Automated Thank You Machine (with cookies, obviously).

All summer long, from June through September, KeyBank will be travelling across the US meeting clients in the moment with the mobile ATMs. From Seattle the KeyBank team go to Buffalo/Rochester, Albany, Denver, Syracuse and, finally, end in Cleveland.

The experience is a continuation of KeyBank's “Meet you in the moment” campaign, all about meeting people where they are in their daily life. Whether it’s a big personal moment, like a wedding or buying a house, or a small moment, like offering up an unexpected taco right when you need it most after a night out, or the perfect toy to give parents a much needed five minute break at a park. Just like the tellers in your local KeyBank, the KeyBank team are anticipating what their clients need, one taco, toy, and thank you cookie at a time. And meeting them exactly where they are!

The mobile ATMs are real, working ATMs, just customised with a much more tailored experience around one really surprising output (that’s not money)—treats! You’ll see a screen, withdraw, and get a receipt. And they’ll travel around via electric bikes, transformed into Taco Machines, Toy Dispensers, and more.
