Analog Folk gave Splash Studios the reins to execute full post production and editing on these new films for Johnnie Walker Blonde. The films compliment each other as an indoor and outdoor pair. Both videos emulate the golden summer atmosphere indicative of the citrus Scotch beverage.
“When we were asked to create the wavy liquid VFX, we dove straight in with help from our neighbours at Uni_Verse Studio,” says senior editor and Splash Studios founder Rigel Kilston. Amsterdam post production house The Compound assisted with help from Los Angeles based compositor and VFX specialist Joshua Bolin on Flame.
The three-fold collaboration resulted in liquid sunshine effects that tie the campaign together.
