One of the first events cancelled in the beginning of the pandemic was last year’s NCAA's March Madness. It’s been a long year waiting, but now it’s back and Uber Eats is bringing fans 'Double the Madness' with BOGO deals all tournament long, and spots featuring actress and comedian Leslie Jones.
The 30-second ad breaks on the 18th of March as part of Uber Eats’ iconic 'Tonight I'll Be Eating' campaign by Special Group.
The ad plays with the contrast between today’s polished and together '2021 Leslie' and her total mess self from 2020.
As humorous as only Leslie Jones can be, the two Leslies bicker about ordering BOGO (buy one, get one) loaded tots. "You are a mess," says 2021. "Everybody was a mess!" pops 2020.
'Double the Madness' is the latest installment of Uber Eats' ongoing celebrity match-up campaign, which has included Sir Patrick Stewart and Mark Hamill; Simone Biles and Jonathan Van Ness; and 'Wayne's World's' Mike Myers and Dana Carvey, alongside Cardi B.
