McKinney has launched its latest campaign for Little Caesars and 49ers tight end George Kittle in the brand’s third year as a sponsor of the NFL.
To make Little Caesars the delivery go-to this NFL season, Little Caesars and creative agency McKinney teamed up with the NFL star to promote the new '3 Meat Treat.'
The large round pizza topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, and bacon delivers something for everyone in the family, so they created a sitcom-style family with George Kittle playing everyone, even the beloved family golden retriever.
The spot is resonating with fans, with some commenting 'Kittle Caesars,' and 'This better become a series!! 😂🙌' Travis Kelce even weighed in, saying “fucking good man.”
“Only Little Caesars delivers the crazy fun on game day,” said Greg Hamilton, CMO, Little Caesars. “To stay top of mind with football fans, we had to go over-the-top to become their go-to for delivery this season.”
“Kittle is incredibly charismatic and naturally funny, so we knew he would be able to carry the entire spot,” said Jameson Rossi, group creative director, McKinney. “Director duo Adam and Dave helped create hilarious backstories and names for each fake family member and George was able to immediately run with the prompt. Even George Kibble nailed his performance.”
The spots will be running on linear TV, streaming and social.
