Matalan Gets behind England in Euro 2024 OOH Campaign

McCann Manchester and Matalan have launched a timely out of home advertising campaign as the country prepares to see England face off against Spain in Sunday’s Euros final.

The advertisement includes a cheeky play on the Three Lions moniker, and features three Matalan duvet sets with the title Three Lie-ins. The campaign even goes one step further, reminding the players to ensure they get enough sleep ahead of the game.

With three days to go, the campaign went live on social media on Thursday, debuting out of home on Friday, with Havas Media UK leading the buying with Ocean Outdoor.

Imogen Tazzyman, ECD at McCann said, “We’re so excited to support the England team this weekend. So as supporters take to the streets on Sunday, meaning footfall is at an all-time high, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to cheer on the boys. Come on England!”
