Design-driven advertising and branding agency MONO announced today the hire of its new head of production, Matthew Anderson. Matthew will be responsible for leading both content and digital disciplines and growing the agency’s production department.
Matthew brings a proven track record of delivering best-in-class multidisciplinary production excellence at agencies in New York City, Miami and Denver. He began his career at Y&R NY before heading to Crispin Porter + Begusky during the agency’s most decorated era. He also opened up a post-production shop, NO6, before serving as director of brand production at JWT, where he led projects for Royal Caribbean, Rolex, Bloomberg and Cadbury. Other agency roles include stints at FCB Garfinkel and Hill Holiday.

In his new role, Matthew will help establish a shared mission for innovation and collaboration to build the future of production at MONO. He will oversee the entire production process from conception to execution across the agency’s growing roster of clients. He will manage and inspire the production team and collaborate closely with the account and creative departments to ensure efficient, successful and high-quality productions.

Matthew will report to chief creative officer, Chris Lange. This appointment is effective immediately.
