Creative agency alma has launched its latest campaign for brand partner Opendoor.
The campaign is called Empty Nest for Sale, and stems from the insight that Empty Nesters are the most likely group in America to sell their home right now, and are typically 55+ parents who have a room or two open in a home that might now be a little too big. To connect with this audience, Opendoor dropped in on Parents Weekend during the UCLA vs. University of Colorado football game at the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium in Los Angeles, and brought a giant, empty bird nest.
The full video shows off the nest while interviewing parents on what they’ll miss most about their kids now that they’re in college, what they’re looking forward to, and the possibilities of their new phase in life as Empty Nesters.
The campaign will run via Meta, TikTok, Nextdoor and YouTube until the end of the year.
