On the heels of a
series of new creator updates and offerings announced last week, including the roll out of Story Pins and new creator profile / analytics tools, today, Pinterest is launching its first creator campaign made for creators, by creators, titled 'Make the World Make'.
The best way to challenge the spread of toxic ideas is to flood the world with inspiring ones. Pinterest’s mission is to bring everyone the inspiration to create a life they love, and that starts with inviting creators, makers and doers to share their original ideas on the platform. You can read more in the blog post authored by CMO Andréa Mallard linked

'Make the World Make' is an invitation to stop passively scrolling and start actively making – highlighting how each creator’s original idea can inspire millions.
Created in partnership with creative agency, 72andSunny Los Angeles, the hero film features 10 genre-defying creators who are making ideas that move creativity and culture forward, including drag artist and supermodel Miss Fame; florist Maurice Harris—who creates floral installations that honour Black art; rising star chef Daniela Soto-Innes—who challenges perceptions of traditional Mexican food; and iconic celebrity stylist June Ambrose.
Working with production house M ss ng P eces during a remote shoot, creators were captured over four days in three continents (USA, Europe and Africa) and three states (LA, NYC and GA). Director Danielle Levitt directed talent remotely via video, while a small local production crew safely supported talent in each location.
The campaign launches today, 1st October, on across digital media channels.
