Saatchi Stockholm Condenses Classic Horror Narratives in Brilliant Elmsta 3000 Horror Fest Spots

Saatchi & Saatchi Stockholm and Elmsta 3000 Horror Fest have a acclaimed, freaky campaigns. New for the festival this year is a short film section - and that’s what the latest campaign is built upon.

The three films take place in different classic horror film settings and were directed by Camp David’s Robert Jitzmark. ‘The cabin’ is a flirt with classic ’80s horror films, such as ‘Evil Dead’ and ‘Friday the 13th’. ‘Fiasco bambino’ finds its inspiration in films like ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ and ‘La Casa dell’Esorcismo’. The final film, ‘Outpost Mars’ is the more modern of the three, a classic space horror epos. The common ground is that they all end very quickly. 

”Often when producing campaigns with several executions you end up with one execution stronger than the others. But I think in this case we did the impossible - three super strong films with their own character and strengths” says Gustav Egerstedt, creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi Stockholm.
