Cossette has launches its latest campaign with Google Pixel, teaming up again with Simu Liu to showcase just how super the Google Pixel really is, from the portfolio of phone options available to its accessories.
Google started its partnership with Simu in the Mandarin campaign to get Canadians to take notice of the Pixel brand. In the latest campaign, join Simu as he shows you how helpful the Pixel series really is through its products, including Pixel 7, Pixel Buds and Pixel Watch - putting the Google Assistant right on your wrist.
“We’re proud to continue building on our partnership with Simu, whose values and sense of humour make him the perfect ambassador for Google Pixel,” says Chris Henry, senior product marketing manager, devices and services Canada, Google. “As in last year’s campaign featuring his parents, it’s been a lot of fun working with Simu to bring people from his real life - like his assistant Sabeen - into the ads.”
In partnership with Cossette, Google Canada is leveraging a combination of television spots, digital OLV, as well as paid and organic social media to drive consumer awareness across the entire Pixel portfolio.
“We knew the first round of work would be a tough act to follow. We tried to be as authentic as we could to who Simu is - and had some fun doing it - and we couldn’t be happier with the result,” says Jacob Greer, group creative director, Cossette. “And this next spot is a wild ride, so we’re all very excited to have it out in the world.”
