In an innovative collaboration, Black Madre and CP+B have joined forces to offer a new artistic perspective on the renowned Orfeu coffee. For the project 'Drink from this Art', the agency invited the studio and visual artist André Maciel to create a series of original paintings that explore coffee in a contemporary way.
André Maciel's works are a creative expression of oil painting that highlights a stylised and interpretative approach. The project relied on in-depth artistic research and transformed the experience of enjoying coffee into something visually stimulating.
The bold and high-quality artistic visual project aims to challenge the viewer to see coffee in a new light. “It is not everyday that we get to make an oil painting, but it happened. In Orfeu’s project, created by CP+B, with the concept 'Drink from this Art,' the brand invited us to make portraits of people drinking coffee. Honouring such an important project was a rewarding opportunity, and that is why our research and technical development were carefully carried out. The idea was to create something current, exploring art as a source of inspiration and defining the project’s language and identity”, says André Maciel, creative director at Black Madre.
The campaign celebrates the excellence of Orfeu coffee and turns the experience of drinking it into an ode to creativity and art. The blend of tradition and innovation offers the public an immersion into the rich Brazilian cultural tapestry, making each sip a true visual masterpiece.
