The six-week paid internships are aimed at young people from diverse backgrounds aspiring to break into the creative industry

Creative & Brand Strategy agency, Neverland, today announces the opening of its 2025 internship programme – the Neverland Flying Academy – for a second year. The Flying Academy is an initiative designed to help open doors for diverse, junior talent who want to get into the advertising industry.

The opportunity offers eight young people (18 – 25-year-olds) a six-week paid placement at the agency. During their time at Neverland, each intern will have the chance to work on live client projects and creative campaigns, giving them an insight into every part of a creative business. All interns will experience each of the business’ departments including: creative, strategy, production and client services to help them identify which area they’d like to pursue in their future careers.

To ensure the opportunity is accessible for everyone, the internships pay above the London Living Wage and there is no requirement for previous experience or any educational qualifications. Applications for the 2025 programme will open on December 1st, 2024, and close on the 6th of January 2025. Successful applicants will be able to take up their placement at any time across 2025.

Applicants can email to here to apply: FlyingAcademy@imagineneverland.com

“The internship at Neverland was a transformative experience. I was given hands-on opportunities to work on real campaigns, which helped me sharpen my creative and strategic skills. The mentorship from the team was incredible, and it gave me the confidence to take on big challenges. Thanks to this program, I feel well-equipped to grow in the industry." said Aisha, Neverland Flying Academy 2024 Graduate.

“Without a proactive change, underrepresented talent will never have a true voice in the industry,” said Josh Harris, CEO, Neverland. He continues “The Neverland Flying Academy exists to give the platform to future talent to make their impact through real world experience”
